Fitness & Movement

This course is designed to meet the Arizona High School Physical Education Standards by promoting lifelong health, physical fitness, and personal wellness. Students will develop motor skills and movement patterns, apply principles of training, and engage in a variety of physical activities, including individual, dual, and team sports, movement, and lifetime fitness activities. In addition to physical fitness, this course will encourage students to use activity and movement as a tool for stress relief, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
